Try Pro before paying

The Pro trial lasts 14 days and requires no card. A no-card trial does not charge you automatically.

One refund window per account

Your account gets one 14-day refund window. It opens with your first Pro payment on any plan, monthly, yearly or Pro Lifetime, and closes 14 days later. Ask inside it and we refund in full. Your Billing page and your receipt show the exact date it closes.

Going Pro Lifetime inside the window keeps the days you have left: we refund the monthly or yearly payment it replaces, and the Lifetime payment is refundable until the same date. Buying Lifetime never opens a new 14-day window, and neither does a later plan. A refunded Pro Lifetime purchase ends lifetime access. Email hello@fluf.bot before the window closes with your Fluf account email and the receipt or payment reference. You do not need to give a reason.

Do not send a full card number, API key, password or authentication code. We may ask for information needed to locate the payment and verify the requester.

What happens next

Once verified, we refund the full payment to the original payment method and email you a confirmation. Your bank or payment provider controls when the funds appear. Pro access paid for by that payment ends when the refund is issued, and a refunded monthly or yearly plan is cancelled so it does not renew. Your account returns to Free: nothing is deleted, and anything over the Free limits pauses.

Renewals and third-party charges

The voluntary 14-day promise covers payments inside your account's one window. For renewal disputes, duplicate charges or a payment error, email hello@fluf.bot so we can review the payment. Any rights you have under applicable law still apply.

AI provider bills, Telegram-related purchases and other third-party charges are handled by those providers. We cannot refund a charge we did not collect.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to mandatory rights that apply to you. It does not remove rights to withdraw, cancel, obtain remedies for defective digital content or dispute an unauthorised payment where the law provides them.
