One inbox for decisions, finished work and updates. Your bots only interrupt you when it's your call.
Your bots only interrupt you for decisions. Inbox is where those decisions, the finished work and everything else land.
- Needs you: a bot wants to send, spend, delete or publish, or needs a call only you can make.
- Done: finished work, short version on top, sources attached.
- Notifications: updates worth knowing, nothing more.
Make the call
Open the item. You see what the bot wants to do, where, and why. Approve, change course or say no. If you say no, tell it what to do instead. The rest of the team keeps working while one job waits.
Marking a notification read is not an approval. The job stays where it is until you decide.
Set your notifications
Open Settings › Notifications and choose what reaches you: finished work, decisions, errors, mentions. Set sound and quiet hours. Let urgent Needs you items through quiet hours if you want them.
Allow Fluf notifications in your OS settings too. Focus modes can hide a desktop alert even when the Inbox item is there.
From alert to work
Click a notification to jump straight to the bot and its result. Inbox is the record: after a restart, or if you missed an alert, start there.
